I am the second owner of this Impreza, it has been a fantastic car with zero issues, I take very meticulous care of it. I always do oil/filter changes earlier then recommended, and for the past 2 years all oil changes have been done with Valvoline Restore and Protect (If you know anything about cars/oil you know this is the best oil out there). All maintenance is done on time and at a reputable shop. Recently had oil change, all air filters changed and a coolent flush and PH balance other general preventative maintenance so should be good to go for a while. No rust. Never taken off road. Never smoked in. No pets or Children.

Car currently has near new summer tires because this year has been such a warm winter. I am including an additional set of near brand new dedicated winter tires (I rotate between winter and summer tires seasonally for optimal safety and wear, each set is worth about $600-$800 each and don't have much use, will update post with a photo of them soon).

The Car is a Rebuilt title I purchased it that way many years ago below 50k miles and have had zero issues with anything. The only cosmetic damage is there is a small patch of missing leather from the driver seat and a small tear in the passanger seat, both could easily be repaired if desired. It does need a TPMS sensor and a Wiper fluid sensor. I never replaced/fixed as I just use a gauge and always have wiper fluid. Those are the only things to note.

Only selling the car because wife wanted a vehicle with a 3rd row and we no longer drive this vehicle enough. I'd rather someone enjoy it and use it then it sit there. The AWD has been great for the winter months and it does great on the freeway and canyon. Love the hatchback space with the seats folded down has a suprising amount of space.
