We are selling our 2016 Chevy Spark. The car does have a known transmission-related issue, which is reflected in the price. Occasionally, the transmission will trigger a check engine light and the vehicle will enter “limp mode” if driven aggressively.

That said, the car remains fully drivable. I have personally driven it for over a year with this condition while commuting to school and work at average city speeds (around 35 mph), and it has served me well. It could be a great option for someone looking for a fixer-upper, or a starter vehicle for a teenager who primarily drives locally.
