This was my first Nissan, and it's been AMAZING.

As an ADHD-girly, somehow this car was made for my brain because these features feel seamlessly integrated into my driving experience: the alerts and just enough to keep me vigilant and feeling safe, while not being alarming or distracting, giving me peace of mind and a calm driving experience even in 5 o'clock I-15 traffic.

✅ Blind Spot Warning -- A flashing yellow light in the side-mirror when someone’s in that blind spot, and an additional alert (a beep and flashing collision symbol) if turning on your turn signal on when someone’s in that side’s blind spot.

✅ Backup Camera with Rear Parking Sensors -- Always clear and accurate, with a red-yellow-green color gradient to let you know how close you are to objects behind you, with “backup yield!” alert warning too; I.e., if you are in reverse and the camera senses someone driving past (like backing out of your driveway and a car passing on the street), it will beep and flash a light to make sure you yield for the passerby. Pedestrians, too!

✅ Adaptive Cruise Control -- Placed on the steering wheel for easy-access, stay safe and relaxed with appropriate lane-spacing cruise management, to not follow too closely in traffic with smooth auto-adjustments up or down in speed.

✅ Brake Assist -- An advanced collision-detection auto-braking system, this feature has truly saved me several times! It's perfect for staying safe in bumper-to-bumper highway traffic, and not overly sensitive-- triggering on when needed. It works by detecting if the speed at which your car is moving while approaching a stationary object is too fast, to then activate the auto-break with flashing red banner on the dash and a beeping alert.
