2008 Smart Fortwo Passion Convertible - NEW Clutch Actuator & Battery

Listing this early for a quick sale before the spring rush! If it’s still here by mid-March, I’ll be installing the new tires and re-listing it at a higher "convertible season" price. This is a great chance to grab a fun open-air commuter at a wholesale price.

The Highlights:

• Passion Trim: Includes the fully automatic convertible top with glass rear window.

• Mercedes-Certified Maintenance: Just replaced the clutch shift actuator and battery (receipts from Mercedes-Benz available). The actuator is the most important maintenance item on these cars—it's already done for you.

The "As-Is" Project List (Priced Accordingly):

• Tires: Needs a new set of tires. To make it easy, I am including brand new TPMS sensors and valve stems with the car.

• A/C: The air conditioning is not blowing cold. Great for top-down weather, but needs a look if you want icy air.

• Rear Gate: One hinge is slightly sticky. It closes and latches fine, just needs a specific touch.

• Buyer Note: Registration is expired, but Utah now offers online Title Transfers (UPP). You can start the transfer on your phone at the time of purchase and print a temporary permit immediately—no need to visit the DMV or bring a trailer!
