Mechanics Special...I'm just going to be up front. Car was driving absolutely fine and then remained drivable, but lost most power. I had it inspected by an Audi mechanic. He said that there is no compression in one of the valves/cylinders (maybe 2, I don't recall). I can put you in touch with the mechanic if you need more info. Forgive me. I'm not a mechanic. If I were, I would do the work myself and keep this car as I absolutely love to drive it. Between the turbo and the manual transmission it is a lot of fun.

Aside from the mechanical problem, the car is otherwise in good condition for its age. No notable body damage. Tires and wheels are great. Manual transmission works great. No problems with the turbo. New spark plugs, recent oil change, new air filter. Windshield is cracked, but I can have it replaced under my insurance. Interior needs a good cleaning, but is in good condition.

I will miss this car. AWD is great in the winter. This was my go to ride for going snowboarding. I will also miss the tubo, manual transmission, great sound system and quiet interior. Almost all other cars are so loud to me compared to this car.

Mechanic told me that it could be a relatively simple problem (could being the operative word) related to a leak outside of the engine, but that they can't definitively know without running a $200 test. Between that test and fixing the possible small problem, I just figure it's better to make this car available to someone who could do the work themselves and end up with a great car that is super fun to drive.

Asking price is negotiatble.
