5.7 Vortec SBC
4L80E trans
Interior ceiling height is about 5’6”
Fully up to date on all mechanical service. All fluids have been replaced. New Radiator and ignition system. Runs and drives perfectly.
Tires are General Grabber all terrain on Silverado HD forged aluminum wheels. Catalytic converters are new.
Conversion has been started. I was using it as it is for short camping trips and it was great. Definitely could use some finishing work on the interior. If you want to use it for longer stints you will need to do some upgrades. It’s all framed out and structurally sound. Everything is securely bolted to the side rails that originally held the seats, so if you want you could remove it all and still have the nice finished floor to start fresh with. There is no hardwired electrical or plumbing installed. I was using a rechargeable battery pack for lights and stuff. The sink drain is daylight plumbed but the water pump I installed to feed it is too strong and will be replaced.
The side door does not latch. I used a ratchet strap to hold it closed and it worked great for me, but it’s not a pretty solution. There is some rust on the side door, bottom step, and rear door. The rest of the vehicle is rust free and solid.
With the asking price I will include:
Generic diesel heater
Vevor 2 burner induction cooktop
Rooftop swamp cooler ($1500 unit, brand new in box.
Not currently registered but I do have a current emission test certificate.
