This RV has been amazing! It drives so smooth down the road, the engine has only 41,000 miles on it. No issues with the transmission. I replaced the gas tank, gas pump, and lines a little over a year ago. There are 6 new tires have approximately 300 miles on them. Brakes were replaced with new tires. The roof has no leaks, I seal it every year. All roof vents have been replaced in 2024. A/C and heater keep it cozy in any temperature. There is not an oven. I have a countertop microwave. The slide can be manually cranked out for the dining and couch areas. The slide motor works, it needs a pin replaced for the slide to move. I have 2 awnings, but I have never used them much, they might need to be replaced. There is a generator onboard. No plumbing leaks, everything works great!

The vin shows it as a 2005, but my title shows it as a 2006.
