1949 Willys Jeep – Clean Title – Garage Kept

Selling my grandfather’s 1949 Willys Jeep. He was a Marine and took incredible pride in this vehicle, frequently taking it to local car shows and events. It has been garage kept and well respected its entire life.

I took ownership in 2022, and at that time it ran and drove well. Since then it has been stored in my garage and is currently a non-runner. Prior to me owning it, my grandfather also kept it stored in a garage.

Condition Notes

Mechanical:

Ran great when parked about 2 years ago. Engine is complete and was a reliable starter.

Electrical:

When last driven it was blowing fuses. Likely a simple short or possibly needs a new wiring harness, but I have not had the time to trace it.

Body / Interior:

This was a show Jeep for my grandfather. It is solid, complete, and has avoided the typical “field rust” that many Willys Jeeps have.
