Flathead Powered 1930 Model A Coupe Hot Rod

This 1930 Ford Model A is all Henry Ford steel and was built in 2016. The body is finished in dark blue with a body color 1932 grill shell with bright insert, a custom built windshield visor with speed holes, a spreader bar with drop axle and headlamps with body color housings and bright trim. The vent windows were sourced from a 1956 Chev. The fenders are attached to the brake housings and are easily removed.

Red 16" steel wheels wear bright hubcaps and rings and are mounted with 4.50/4.75 front and 6.50 rear Firestone tires.

Stopping power is provided by drum brakes.

The Ford flathead V8 is bored over, fitted with Ki WiL-100 camshaft with Edmunds intake manifold with dual carbs fitted with Edmunds air cleaners. The V8 is fitted with Edmunds cylinder heads and starts and runs out beautifully. Power is Sent to the rear wheels through a three speed manual transmission. A quick change look rear end cover completes the drive chain.

Dual exhaust with Laker Pipes give off an impressive rumble.

The cabin houses and old school pleated bench seat upholstered in brown with matching door panels. The headliner is black. The body color dash with red painted accents houses an engine-turned instrument cluster with a Speed Hut 100mphGPS speedometer and auxiliary readout. The odometer shows 1500 miles, the actual miles on the motor since rebuild.
