1950 Chevy Belair body in great condition has been sitting for 5 yrs so unable to get it to start due to a flat spot on the flywheel. The engine is clean. Deceased father's project that has had lots of work has already been put into the car to restore it. The are some electrical work that will need to be done to restore restore back to clasic state. Great project for someone who doesnt want to start from scratch.
