We're selling our trusty 2008 Hyundai Sonata with 193,881 miles. It has a clean title, V6 engine, has had only 2 owners (wife and grandpa), and still runs and drives.

We’ve kept up on regular oil changes and it's had some recent maintenance done (see free CarFax in the listing):

• New battery — 10/2024

• Rear brake rotors and brake pads replaced — 5/2024

• Downstream oxygen sensors replaced — 4/2024

It's started to have a burning smell while driving which a mechanic said it might be because it's burning oil or a small engine leak—but didn't know for sure. From the sound of it, it's still drivable even with the smell. We're not really car people so we don't know if it would be an easy fix for someone who likes to tinker, but my wife is pushing for a newer car...so it's time to part ways.

There's some normal cosmetic wear from age and use, like chipped paint, scratches, worn leather seats, cracked windshield, CD changer makes a weird sound when the car starts, and a loose latch on the center console.

Been a great car but it's nothing fancy. It has some years left in it as a commuter car if you're handy and willing to get your hands dirty. Selling as-is.
