Adult owned with meticulous maintenance. Always garaged. First owner was a service writer at Honda. I am the second owner. Recent oil change, transmission fluid, brake fluid flush, and alignment at Stockton 12 Honda in Sandy. Always used the all weather rubber mats, OEM red carpet mats still in new packaging. Drives and handles amazing, shifting is crisp.

It does have H & R sport springs, and an MBRP exhaust with fully functional exhaust valve.

The original owner got side swiped on the front driver fender. I then purchased the car and had it rebuilt. I used OEM parts and it was a light hit with no airbags deployed. the only body parts replaced were the driver fender, driver side skirt and driver mirror. None of the front end parts like radiator or A/C condenser were damaged. I am very picky so when I was looking for a Type R to rebuild I looked for one with mostly cosmetic damage. I had this repaired to use as my personal daily driver so corners were not cut. If you look at rebuilt titles from dealers many times they are trying to fix them as cheap as possible to keep profits as high as possible. Not the case here. I have owned it for just over a year now and it has been amazing.

I will be working from home more and decided it is time for someone else to enjoy and drive more. It has always been a third car.
