1996 Blazer 4.3L v6. Just fixed a cracked cylinder head, replaced brakes shocks and installed new tires. Spent $2,100. Have recently replaced the oil cooler lines, new LED headlights. Have all records of what we have done and a bunch from previous owner.
Now the bad news, after fixing cylinders head in Dec, we just found a new noise, our mechanic thinks it’s in the lower portion of the motor. He said it probably won’t last much longer. So for the person that wants to put the money in this could make a great vehicle( so to be clear this will need a rebuild or new motor). It does start and run, but now sure it would make it far. So it would likely need to be towed.
Also driver seat has split. Current cover is not great and would likely need to be replaced.
