Clean Title

Pros:

New Brakes
New Motor Mounts
New Front and Rear Suspension
New Battery, Spark Plugs, Ignition Boots
New Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter and Fuel
Fresh Oil Change
Fresh Power Steering Flush and Brake Fluid Flush
Rebuilt TCM from Module Repair Pro in California.

Cons:

Will need a new A/C Compressor as the previous owner cut the wiring harness at the compressor.
Front tires will need to be replaced soon. The tread is pretty low.
Passenger side tires had nails in them. Rear is holding with a patch. Front leaks very small amount (Ultimately needs to be replaced)
I have not put any miles on the vehicle since having the TCM rebuilt. So I cannot validate part performance or longevity.
Dent in passenger rear panel.
Passenger Side Skirt needs new panel fasteners.

I will slowly be repairing these issues as time goes depending on how long this takes to sell. Selling to get the car to get it out from the front of my house.
