This is a low roof 2017 Promaster van with a 136 wheel base. It served as my primary home in mountain towns around the West for several years so it was well taken care of due to the fact that if I had issues, I would be out of a home and transportation.
A few notes...
The pros
Battleborn 100 amp hour lithium battery
Sterling battery to battery charger
Dometic mini fridge
Espar gasoline powered heater
Maxx Air ventilation fan
Small sink
Very well insulated
Regular oil changes
Regular brake maintenance
The engine runs very well
It drives very well
No major issues. A couple brake jobs and a wheel bearing replacement is all the repair I can recall needing to do.
The cons
This is a low roof. Interior height is just over 5 feet. Good for short people or someone who intends to spend lots of time outside while using it. Or someone who doesn't mind bending over.
Cracks in windshield
No solar system (but can be added if you're into that kind of thing)
Needs a new headlight
Needs new tires
My personal opinion
This is a good van and it served me very well until I outgrew it. It allowed for lots of climbing, skiing, and travel. However, it is not a luxury build and it is ideal for one person. I believe the price reflects that. According to my research a straight, unconverted cargo van with these specs has a private sale value of approximately $12000. I am asking $14900 with the additional conversion and components.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I want this van to find a good home and I hope it can serve someone else as well as it served me.
