'05 ACURA MDX - NOT RUNNING - Please Read Description

Timing belt broke while driving. Car is currently not running. I bore scoped thee cylinders and I believe I can see valve/piston contact in cylnder 5. Quick back ground, Back in July '25 I rebuilt the top end of the engine. New heads, valves, spark plugs, water pump kit (timing belt), fuel injectors, starter, alternator, knock sensor, head bolts, gasket kit, the whole shooting match. Engine had 257000 miles at the time of rebuild. (I am going to be heartbroken if I find out that a bad belt was the causee of this breakdown). 1 month ago I had new exhaust/cat installed by Master Auto Tech in West Jordan. I had planned to keep this car running for 300k mi. Fast forward to current state, I am of the opinion I don't have the time or energy to rebuild the engine again. This car has a lot of good parts on it to be salvaged for the right individual. Interior wear is typical for the milage same for the body after having (2) 16 year olds cut their teeth with driving. Tire tread is fair, also new rotors and brake pads all around.
