Description

2005 Subaru OBXT limited. New short block with 30k miles. Awesome little car. Runs and drives great.$6k OBO

The car had a brand new EJ25RA block and rebuilt heads from 2023, installed at 196k. The new block has about 30k miles on it. New clutch kit, timing belt kit, etc….was done at the same time.

Having another kid soon and need larger ski car for the fam, otherwise would keep it.

Since then the previous owner did some fun upgrades and I did some comprehensive maintenance:

In my ownership:

New steering pump

New windshield

New clock spring

New driver-side wheel speed sensors

New tie rod (driver)

New ball joint (passenger - comes with another for the future)

New wheel hub (passenger)

New sway bar bushings (front and rear)

New PCV valve and all related hoses

Roof racks

Replaced valve cover right bank

Replaced oil cooler gasket

Cleaned out gas pedal electronics

Clips refresh to keep the hood insulation and scoop tight on

Comes with Haynes manual, a few extra serpentine belts, bulbs, and a new set of wheel nuts additional key.

It has a few issues:

Cracked sunroof (does not leak, car is dry)

Sunroof does not open

Driver’s seat has a few tears

Rear bumper driver’s side scuffed

Will need new front control arms, some of the bushings are giving (roughly $50 a side, might get around to this in the summer)

I’ve just changed the oil & filter on 2/25/26. Passed emissions in Dec. 25. Car is in great mechanical shape, and ready for many more miles with a new owner.
