I purchased this vehicle in late Dec 2025 from the daughter of the original owner who unfortunately passed away. It was originally purchased at San Tan Honda of Chandler, AZ and dealer maintained in Arizona for its entire life prior to my purchase.

Rust Free Arizona vehicle that's dash and interior were protected from the sun with a custom removable cover and tinted windows. Each window is security etched with the vehicle's VIN. Equipped with the Legendary Honda K24 engine with only 73k original miles (K24 motor is well known for hitting over 300k miles regularly).

CLEAN Title in hand, 3 keys, like new front/ rear carpeted floor mats and an additional front WeatherTech all season mat, owner's manual, original window sticker, full tank of gas and 2 Free car washes.

Well cared for vehicle with only a few cosmetic imperfections.

The main flaws are:

-The finish of a small round driver side door panel piece has flaked off. It is now light gray vs graphite (see comparison pics)

-The driver side fender has a few scratches that have been touched up (see pics)

-Some other smaller cosmetic imperfections that would be expected over time, but in Excellent condition overall with nothing major.

Great Car at a Great Price.

*Vehicle was purchased as temporary work transportation until I could find a replacemen Honda Element for mine that was totaled in Dec 2025. I have purchased another Element (K24 motor) and no longer need this vehicle.

The Element is just better suited for camping...otherwise, I would keep the CR-V*
