Extremely rare 2003 Chevy Avalanche 2500. This truck features an 8.1 liter V8, 4WD, heated leather seats and a rear seat DVD player with the original headphones and remote. I have the original hard three-piece tonneau cover which is in nearly un-used condition with the original storage bag. The tonneau cover is barely used because this has had a shell on it since 2004. I've added a rear view camera and an Android Auto head unit, mostly for a screen for the rear camera. I still have the original 6 disc CD changer if you'd like to put it back in.

This is ALMOST a one-owner truck. My dad bought it brand-new in 2003.

I bought it from him a few years ago to bring it back to it's former glory. My goal with this project was to restore this as close to original as possible.

In the 3 years I've owned it, I've replaced the following:

-Both fuel tanks and all fuel lines

-Transfer case

-water pump and radiator

-battery and alternator

-accessory belt

-spark plugs and wires

The good:

-Runs great.

-Tows 12,000 lbs.

-Everything works.

-Gets 11mpg while towing.

The bad:

-Gets 11mpg while NOT towing.

-Driver seat has a few tears in it.

-Brake booster has oil around it, but not enough to drip.

-Airbag light comes on occasionally. I've had it checked but my mechanic was unable to find any related errors codes.
