This vehicle is Equipped with the 7.3 IDI Turbo and Not the 7.3 Powerstroke

Im selling my 1993 Ford F-250 because the engine has excessive blowby and oil consumption (using approximately 1 quart every 300 miles), and has an oil leak coming from the right side, im mot sure where exactly it is coming from I just know that I don't want to address it with the blowby issue.

The engine is the 7.3 idi with the ATS turbo, a couple years ago I also installed a 2” intercooler, I do still have the ATS turbo parts that will be included if you want to revert back to original.

The transmission has been very reliable, I replaced the clutch at about 305,000 miles with a single mass flywheel kit from luke, Syncros still work nicely.

The transfer case went out on me at about 320,000 miles, a friend had an extra used one laying around and he gave it to me. The new transfer case works great but I do not have any history about what truck it came off of and how many miles it has on it currently.

The previous owner converted the front axle to a dana 60, I did replace the ball joints with moog ball joints at 305,000 miles and they were still tight last I checked.

A/C blows cold, I also replaced the a/c compressor and evaporator 3 years ago.

I replaced the tires a little over 2 years ago, I replaced all 5 tires including the spare.

I installed the rear view camera and the auxiliary back up lamps.

I replaced the Injector pump and injectors about 30,000 miles ago, I also installed the R&D diesel Billet Injector Fuel Return Rails, I also replaced the lift pump with a Delphi brand about 3 years ago.

I also replaced the entire header panel and all the front lamp assemblies about a year and a half ago.

I replaced the glow plug controller about 3 years ago. I have done 3 sets of glow plugs, I did the last set 1 year ago and have always used motorcraft glow plugs.

I replaced the front brake pads and both front brake calipers about 3 years ago.

I replaced the rear gas tank with a new one about 2 years ago.

Also installed a light bar on the front as well.

I’ve owned this truck for about 10 years now, mostly used it to pull my atv’s and camping gear, I’ve put a lot of work into this truck over that time as well, I can’t possibly list every single thing I’ve done to this truck.

I love this truck but with the rust issues and the blowby it just doesn’t make any sense to replace the engine.

I am open to offers.
