HISTORY
Purchased in 3/23 outside of Aspen Colorado. Dallas to California kept 80 Series Land Cruiser (which is why the frame has some surface rust on it now). Was told that the engine and transmission was replaced out of an LX450 that only had around 200k miles on it. So at the time so the Land Cruiser itself would've had 290k miles on the odometer. Current odometer reads 353k but allegedly the engine and transmission only have 263k miles (unverifiable). Vehicle does not overheat everything done was minor or preventative maintenance. I planned on putting over $30k into this in order to bullet proof it for the next 15-20 years but recently I have purchased a RHD JDM Diesel 80 Series Land Cruiser which should arrive sometime in May-June. All of my time money and effort will go into this vehicle instead.
Vehicle does have a valve cover gasket oil leak and a oil pump cover gasket leak (extremely common)
Only taken out on forest or fire trails for weekend getaways, camping or just cruising around. Has done multiple 10 hour road trips with no issues (except having to stop every 1-2hours for gas). No serious rock crawling has been done with this rig as it is not built for that. No winch unfortunately. Sunroof did work, was leaking so I used window sealing caulk to prevent further leaking into the cab.
