This is a 1997 Mitsubishi Minica Toppo. I imported from Japan a few months ago, it has a Utah title and is Freeway legal! It can go over 75 miles an hour. Unlike most Kei vehicles this has a four-cylinder engine so it has a little bit more grunt. We purchased this Toppo from the original owner in Japan and we have extra parts for the car, including sets of wheels that we could potentially throw in!
