This is my 2012 Honda Accord LX! Clean title in hand. This thing is mint from the inside to the outside.

I've just done all the basic maintenance, including oil and filter, transmission fluid, serpentine belt, and coolant. The previous owner did the power steering fluid and timing belt. I also just did the left side rear wheel bearing. Brakes have plenty of life left in them and work great. Runs like a champ, with no issues. AC blows cold, heater hot. It has minor scuffs and whatnot around the body, but overall in great condition.

The only issues would be that the steering wheel is slightly worn, and one of the headlights has a small crack in it (I sealed it).

I'm selling because I can't keep two cars around.
