2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 – Leather – Clean Interior – Needs Engine (4.0L)

Selling my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 4.0L inline-6. The engine recently developed a knock and is now seized—will need an engine replacement.

The Jeep is in solid overall condition and would make a great project or engine swap:

• 4x4 works
• Transmission was working well before engine issue
• Leather seats in good shape
• Interior is clean for its age
• Front tires are fairly new, back tires are decent
• Body is in good shape overall, with a front dent/scratch (see picture)

Recent maintenance and parts:

• Valve cover gasket
• Spark plugs
• PCV elbow and hose
• Shocks
• Sway bar links
• Hood and rear window struts
• Alignment and recent oil change
• Passenger window regulator recently replaced

Known issues:

• Engine is seized (likely rod failure)
• Differentials have leaks
• Two rear windows do not roll down

Clean title in hand.

Great candidate for a 4.0 swap or parts. These engines are easy to find and swap.
