Car was driven from California with no issues and

Passes emissions but has something wrong mechanically. I’ve taken it to several mechanic shops and they all tell me different things. Some say it’s a manifold leak, some say it needs the engine valves replaced, some say it needs a turbo. Some say it’s the noise lifters.

Car builds boost, compression was great an all cylinders but there’s times where it will stutter and there’s a flickering noise and other times it drives normal.
