Brand New Battery!

Has been sitting for a few years so I'm not really sure what's wrong with it. It turns on but doesn't fire. I assume the fuel just needs to be drained. Transmission shifts hard into reverse and has trouble getting into 4th as well.

A few cosmetic issues inside and out.

I'm not to sure about its history.
