The Bad? Leather is damaged in 2 spots, driver door and center console. Driver side read quarter panel is dented from a Smiths shopping cart (Happened when I was inside shopping) Normal wear other than that. Rebuilt title was from a theft (California again) written off by insurance. No accident on the carfax report. Runs well and very comfortable.
