2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD that has been well maintained and we've owned it for 10 years. For it's age, this car is VERY clean, especially for the price! Although this car has 150,500 miles, it is classified as very low miles for the year at only 6,271 miles per year. It has a fresh oil change within the last 50 miles, and we also just replaced and repacked the wheel bearings...about three weeks ago. Last year we did some extensive maintenance that many may skip to keep it in good condition / $2800. And, also within a year, we added a great pair of all season tires ($860) on all 4 wheels. A new water pump that we bought, but did not use comes with the car. We waited too long to return it. :-) Even the wheels are quite clean. It also comes with a hands free radio with apply play & had 4 new speakers a few years back as well. As with any 24 year old car, it does have some rust areas which are mostly unnoticeable. All records of all repairs can be seen and will be given with purchase. Things like a rear main seal and full transmission cleaning and draining have been done with Amsoil fluids. This car still starts and runs very strong. Since it is priced pretty much at TRADE IN and beats most other prices, we know it will sell quickly with the bonuses mentioned above. It is inexpensive to work on as well. This SUV drives straight, runs well and brakes straight too. It is priced to sell quickly...so don't wait!
