The good:

This has been a solid work truck for me. Comes with a bed cover, bed liner, aftermarket radio and speakers. In the last 2 years I've replaced both turbos, the water pump, transmission lead frame connector (and complete transmission service), and the tires have less than 10k miles on them. All the work was done by a Ford dealer with as close to OEM parts as possible.

The bad:

There is a dent in the passenger side door and running board from a large rock. It was on the corner of a parking lot and I took the turn too tight. Most of the damage is to the running board, the door still functions properly. (See picture) The driver side seat is tearing out and losing foam. There is a slight oil drip that has been diagnosed as most likely a rear main seal leak, however I've never had to add oil between 5k mile oil changes. The starter works great but sounds rough, it's been that way for the last 2 or 3 years but has always worked for me.

The truck won't win any beauty pageants but it runs well and will make a great work truck. I still owe $9500 on it so I'm taking a loss as it is, but I'm open to offers.
