1999 ford ranger xlt 4.0 rwd back on stocks

Motor is bad I’m pretty sure, it’ll crank but no start. Trans should be good it’s an auto and feels good when putting it in gears.

The bad, I purchased it with electrical issues, I got all those sorted out and changed some other things. I did a compression test and bank 1 is reading low compression. I bet timing is messed up. Needs battery. Has no interior also will throw in the buckets in the photo for extra $. Price is obo , open to trades , am debating parting out also let me know if interested in parts
