This is a 1998 Mitsubishi Minica Toppo. It is a two owner vehicle imported from Japan, it can go just over 80 miles an hour and averages 35 miles per gallon city and freeway. It is registered and titled here in Utah! I’ve had quite a bit of interest in the vehicle and I’m hoping to get rid of it before the summer starts because I am going to be leaving. I have spare parts for it as well as different wheels that I can throw in depending on the price! Price is negotiable!
