Reluctant seller of a 1995 2nd generation manual transmission Japanese 4Runner. This vehicle has had two owners in the last 25 years, with myself as the owner for the last 7. Meticulously maintained, the “princess” has always gotten what she wants and I’ve kept fastidious records on all maintenance (including a log of maintenance from the previous owner).

Currently the truck is in need of an engine overhaul- rebuild it, replace it, or swap it! Very low compression in cylinders 4 and 6. She still drives around town fine after a warm up, but I wouldn’t take her on a road trip or up an extended steep hill.

The bad:

-Aforementioned low compression on the 3.0 3VZE engine. Plan to rebuild or replace the engine!

-Minor oil pan leak- fix when dealing with the engine

-Rust is beginning to creep on trim. Wheel wells are where it shows most.

-Engine oil pressure gauge does not work

-Has a few engine light codes due to engine issue
