This is a very clean Yukon! We are the second owners and have had it since 35K miles. It's been meticulously maintained. The tires have about 1500 miles on them. It has a sunroof, full entertainment package, third row seats. We had the rear fan replaced by the dealer, the A/C has been recently serviced, and transmission filter and oil recently changed and replaced. We replaced all four shocks 10k miles ago and also has a brand new battery. Clean title in hand.
