When we bought it from Nate Wade they told us the story/history about the title: the original owners had issues with a check engine light that kept coming on and after multiple attempts to fix it Subaru bought it back from them - causing the title issue. It was finally fixed and resold. I have the Carfax as well as the history of what work we have done to it.
