Engine runs strong and quiet. Passes emissions.

We bought this about a year ago and had it towed to our house as a project. We’ve since put work into it and made it drivable. It’s been a great project, but we’re no longer in a position to keep working on it, so passing it on to someone who will.

Transmission is slipping and will need repair (common for this year range).

Recent work (within ~500 miles):

• Replaced rack & pinion

• Replaced outer tie rod ends

• New front tires (rear have a lot of tread left)

• Fresh synthetic oil change

• Serviced EGR valve/EGR intake ports

Needs:

• Transmission work

• Windshield (cracked but still passable -as you can see in the pics)

• Shocks/struts

• Rear wheel bearing (slight noise)

• Alignment

Interior is fair for age. Paint has some fading.

Drivable short distances (about 35–40 mph -see video). We still drive it locally once or twice a week (grocery store, appointments).

This is a solid parent/teen project—fix it together and you’ve got a reliable AWD SUV that fits everyone and can handle trips up the canyon.
