The previous owner acquired this 1958 Chevrolet Impala convertible in 1988 and completed a comprehensive two-year restoration in 1997. It is powered by a 348ci V8 engine paired with a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, and is adorned in a red exterior with red and white vinyl interior. Notable features of this classic car include tri-power induction, a power-operated white convertible top, a red parade boot, power steering, power drum brakes, 14 steel wheels, an electric clock, a digital cassette stereo, and a dual exhaust system. Recent upgrades in September 2023 included replacing the power steering control valve and cylinder, rear brake hardware and shoes, and oil pan and valve cover gaskets.

Originally painted in Snowcrest White (936) from the factory, the car now showcases a vibrant red color following the 1997 refurbishment. The exterior features elegant details such as a power-operated white convertible top, a red parade boot, a wrap-around windshield, quad headlights, chrome body-side trim, bumpers, faux vents, and triple taillights on each side. The 14 steel wheels are adorned with spinner-style covers and Coker Classic whitewall tires, with power steering and power-assisted drum brakes installed on all four wheels.

Inside, the cabin boasts front and rear bench seats upholstered in white vinyl with red pleated inserts, along with matching door panels. The interior is equipped with a heater, defroster, a lockable glovebox, an electric clock, a digital cassette stereo, and lap belts. The two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring, a 120-mph speedometer, fuel level and coolant temperature gauges, and a dashboard-mounted ignition switch, along with aftermarket oil pressure and battery voltage gauges in the center console.

During the restoration, the 348ci V8 engine was reportedly rebuilt and is now fitted with triple two-barrel carburetors and a finned air cleaner assembly. The oil pan and valve cover gaskets were replaced, and an oil change was recently completed for the sale. The previous owner specifically states that the engine identification pad was machined during the rebuild.

Power from the engine is transferred to the rear wheels through the TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, a new dual exhaust system with bullet-style mufflers has been added to the vehicle.
