For sale: 2000 Ford Explorer – Great Car with Potential!

4.0 motor single overhead cam.

Currently not running due to sitting for so long that the battery died. It will be cleaned out and everything before being sold.

This 2000 Ford Explorer is a solid vehicle with some great upgrades, including newer wheels and tires. It has a lot of life left, but it does need some attention, particularly with either the head gasket or cylinder and battery. The passenger back door doesn’t currently work, but aside from that, the car has been dependable and is ready for someone who has the time and resources to fix it up.

I don’t have the time or money to invest in repairs at the moment, but I do have a trusted mechanic who is already very familiar with the car and can help you get it back in top shape. If you’re looking for a project car with great potential, this Ford Explorer could be the perfect fit for you!
