Cons:

Has rust, undiagnosed oil leak, passenger door doesn’t unlock with key from the exterior, center console lid is broken (you can get a replacement on amazon if you look up a 2003 ford ranger center console lid), and random cosmetic things such as paint scuffs and interior stains.
