This is a unique hard to find extended passenger van that has a high top roof installed by Vartanian Industries, most high top vans have standard door height, this one has the taller rear doors so it is easier to load stuff in the back. I looked long and hard before I found this van with the high doors as there are not many out there. If you have looked into putting a high top roof on your van you know there is not many companies that do it anymore and it is expensive, the cost ranges from 4,000 to 7,000 and no one makes the rear doors higher anymore that I found.

I bought the van in Arizona where it was a shuttle van for an assisted living home. This van has been great for hauling people and for hauling gear. I have used it to haul mountain bikes, motorcycles, and even fit my brothers 4 wheeler in. It is also great for camping. Beware you neighbors will want help moving its great for hauling anything you want to keep dry and not have to anchor down. It has 8 seat belts with one that folds against the wall. The 8th one I took out for more room in the back, but can be bolted back if you wanted the extra seat. This van would be great for someone looking to turn it into a camper van, it already has plywood down on the floor. It also has e-track in the back that makes it easy to secure a load.

Van is in good condition and mechanically strong with no rust. In 2023 I had the A/C fixed so it blows cold air now. It has front and rear A/C on it. I installed a tow hitch, that I just used it to haul mountain bikes. I have a clean title in hand.

I have many good memories in the van from mountain biking in Moab to snow biking at Tony's grove in Logan canyon, camping with the family, and cutting Christmas trees in the Uinta's. I hate to sell it, the only reason I'm selling it is because I got a van with 4-wheel drive and my wife won't let me keep both.
