I’m selling my 1999 Suburban 1500K, recently inherited from my father-in-law. After seven months of work at an independent shop, I’ve invested around $5,000 in bringing it back to life. The vehicle now boasts a completely new brake system (including lines, master cylinder, rotors, and pads), two new front CV axles, and all necessary engine and differential oil services.

Additional upgrades include a new power steering rack and pinion, new fuel pump, battery, filters, and a new key tumbler. After some effort, it passed emissions but currently shows a check engine light for a misfire, which requires new spark plugs and coils.
