1997 Land Rover Defender 110 - Original British Spec'd 300 TDI RHD Luxury Professional Restoration

Full frame-off restoration, recondition and rebuild of rare, original English spec'd right-hand drive manual 1996 Land Rover 110. Restored by a premier Land Rover Defender restoration and custom shop and imported to America.

Originally commissioned in 1997 as an active duty communications vehicle for the Malaysian Armed Forces (see photos), this vehicle underwent a complete frame-off restoration, recondition and rebuild (photos included). This 110 is nearly 100% original with matching engine, frame, drive train, axles, differentials, transmission, and other mechanical components which have all been restored, reconditioned and/or rebuilt. The Defender was then painstakingly upgraded with a premium interior and exterior, converting it into a true one-of-a-kind head-turning luxury vehicle that can still go anywhere. This Defender starts and drives perfectly with only 1,000 miles since restoration.

Restoration, Recon, and Upgrade efforts included:

MECHANICAL

• Complete overhaul and rebuild of the original 300TDI diesel engine (including re-boring of engine, belts, hoses, gaskets, etc.) with OEM and BritPart components

• Complete overhaul of original English spec 5-speed manual transmission

• Complete A-Z overhaul of axels with OEM and BritPart components

• Addition of reconditioned OEM air conditioner with double blower

• 2 inch lift shock & Springs set ( Set of 8 )
