New control arm bushings in the front both sides

Rack and pinion

Timing belt

Water pump

Spark plugs

Drive belt

Brand new brakes and rotors

Oil pan gasket (does not leak any fluids)

All new fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, power steering)

New power steering pump and new line

Tires are pretty new. About 15,000 miles on them. Still at 7/32 Just had the alignment redone

No exhaust leaked and the undercarriage is in really good shape.

Mechanically this is perfect.

Interior and exterior are in really good shape.
