This is the dealer-pampered, low-stress version of a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. Every service since new has been done at a Toyota dealership — no aftermarket shop work, no parts of unknown provenance. The 60,000-mile service at Karl Malone Toyota Draper (March 2025) was the full deep clean: transmission fluid, brake fluid, fuel injection system, fuel system, and rear differential all flushed/serviced. The 65,000-mile interval was done by the same dealer in November 2025.

Honest disclosures

1. Windshield repair (disclosed). A small star-crack was professionally repaired by Orem Toyota before the TCUV Gold certification. The repair meets Toyota CPO standards. Photos 28–30 show the repair close-up, alternate angle, and wide context — the repair is small and stable.

2. Carfax shows a "Potential Odometer Rollback" flag — this is a Utah DMV data-entry typo, not vehicle tampering. On 2025-05-12 (the day I bought the car), the dealer recorded 66,001 miles, but the Utah DMV's purchase record was logged as 61,643 miles — almost certainly transposed digits. Every dealer service record before and after that date is consistent (Karl Malone Toyota: 64,943 mi in Nov 2025, 66,681 mi in Dec 2025; current odometer in photo 12: 69,537 mi). 3. Comprehensive bumper-to-bumper warranty expired 2026-05-12. Powertrain and hybrid warranties remain active and transferable.

4. Utah registration valid through May 2026.

How the sale works

This vehicle has an active lien held by Goldenwest Credit Union, Orem branch. We close in-person at Goldenwest: you pay at the teller, the credit union releases the lien, and the title transfers per Utah procedure (TC-843 bill of sale). Cashier's check or bank wire only — no personal checks. The bank witnessing the payoff is buyer protection, not a hassle.
