Garage kept! 2012 Suburban loaded 2 DVDs front rear climate controls sunroof. We purchased it about 13 years ago with 30,000 and have loved it everyday. Unfortunately it’s time for us to down size with teenagers driving along with the wife commuting 50 miles a day for work now. No rust on frame. Body is rust free other than a little spot on the front right fender. At around 125,000 the front differential was replaced along with all rear differential services, transmission and t-case with synthetic fluids, at around 146,000 top and bottom control arms were replaced and upgraded to all new bushings, inner and outer tie rods, front rotors, front pads, front struts and rear shocks. Also included in purchase is a complete set of rotors for the rear and pads(rear is currently about 1/2 on pads) it has always had dexos oil and a high quality filters. Interior is great shape and shows great for its age, rear seat was covered with a blanket most of it life. Drivers seat does show a little wear. Still gets over 20mpg on the highway. Windshield is good shape and replaced last year. Tires I would guess are about 40 percent they are a KMC 20” wheel. Spare looks like new I’ve never used it. All of the stereo stuff works great and has many features. No check engine lights.
