2002 Red Honda Civic with a manual transmission. This was my first car, it's treated me very well, I'm just in a different phase of life now and bought myself something nicer.
175k miles
Good:
Working AC
Bluetooth on the radio
I've personally replaced:
radiator (2019)
gas cap (2023)
driver side power window mechanism (2023)
rear brakes (2023)
battery (2025)
engine and cabin air filters (2025, end of the year)
No other work has been needed besides just routine maintenance. I did also recharge the AC a few years ago, but it wasn't even bad beforehand and it's continued to work really well without any issues.
It's had regular oil changes the entire time I've owned it
No leaks
Tires still have a good amount of tread left on them
Starts and runs well.
It's a blast to drive. The car is so lightweight that the engine is really responsive and I have no problems starting from a stop even on the steepest hills.
Spare tire.
Interior is very clean. I just deep cleaned the entire thing with an upholstery cleaner. The inside looks great for how old the car is.
Bad:
Exterior clear coat is pretty sunburned. Pretty much every civic from this era
It does burn a bit of oil so I top it off halfway between oil changes. It does not leak at all though. I've never had it drip anything on the floor of my garage.
Rear windows don't work. This generation of honda civic sometimes the wiring for the power windows can get brittle and will stop working. I know that when I got it if I held the door open at the right angle I could roll them up and down, but I rarely have passengers (and the AC works) so I've never really cared to fix them.
