This Chevy Sonic has gotten the job done for us as a temporary beater. The current problems consist of a bad catalytic converter and a lean fuel code that has developed into a Cylinder 1 misfire (as shown with the OBD II code pictures). The misfiring is noticeable at higher rpms like on hills or freeway speeds. I took the car to a mechanic and they speculated that the fuel problems were due to the bad catalytic converter.
The turbo was replaced by the previous owner. Parts that I have replaced (within the last 10,000 miles) are the serpentine belt, spark plugs, water pump (with upgraded thermostat), radiator, condenser, and engine cooling fan.
