2012 Mercedes-Benz E550 4MATIC Twin Turbo V8 - 107k miles

Selling my 2012 E550 4MATIC. I’ve owned it since 2020 and it’s been a great car overall. Only reason I’m selling is I’m looking to move into a truck.

It’s the 4.7L twin turbo V8 (402 hp), so it’s quick, smooth, and still really comfortable as a daily driver. The 4MATIC all-wheel drive has also made it great in the winter.

Maintenance:

I’ve kept up on maintenance while owning it and have a folder of receipts. Oil changes were done regularly, about every 3,000 miles.

Recent work:

• Transmission replaced 5/2025 (replacement had ~75k miles. Engine was at 97k)

• Original transmission included with sale (needs slight repair, good for parts or rebuild)

• New main battery auxiliary battery

• Radiator replaced recently

• Steering rack replaced

• Front driveshaft replaced

• Brakes are basically new

• Fresh oil change will be done for buyer

No warning lights, runs and drives good.

Known issues:

• Driver front axle boot leaking grease

• Driver side sway bar link/bushing needs replacement

• Small windshield crack at bottom near wiper (barely noticeable from inside)

• Light curb rash on wheels

• Dynamic seats not working due to air leak in trunk area

Flood/restored title from before my ownership. I bought the car in 2020 with ~82k miles and have driven it since then without any flood related issues.

Overall it’s a solid, fast, comfortable sedan that’s been well maintained and is cheaper to own than an AMG but still has plenty of power
