2500 OBO

I have loved this X5 it was my daily for a handful of years now. Last fall developed a clicking noise in the top area of the engine not sure if its just a sticky cam or what. I parked it and planned on fixing it but it just sits and I don't see me having time to work on it soon so I figured I'd let it go. It Runs and drives just has that ticking noise and now the battery is dead so it will need to be jumped before loading it on a trailer. Other issues it has Display works but has pixels out, Drivers heated seat has a short, Passenger door needs a new window regulator (all door panel parts are in the back).
