2012 Subaru Limited AWD – Excellent Commuter & Snow Car

For sale is my wife's 2012 Subaru Limited AWD. We have owned the vehicle since 2013, and honestly, my wife loves this car so much I think she would rather keep it than the new Toyota we bought her.

The vehicle currently has 132,000 miles with approximately 45,000 miles on the new Subaru engine from Japan. The engine was professionally replaced under warranty by Subaru of America through Mark Miller Subaru in Sandy Utah at about 85,000 miles. Although we purchased the car from Nate Wade and they preformed a few oil changes. Our preferred dealer was Mark miller in Sandy. They treated us very well over the years. Most maintenance oil changes and service work has been completed at that dealership. They are in my opinion the best Subbie dealer in the State. I did have a private mechanic Subaru only shop in Provo preform maintenance work as well.

This Subaru runs excellent and has no current mechanical issues or warning lights. It starts right up, drives great, and needs nothing. oh Wait it needs a new replacement remote key I lost one and the other broke. I have the broken one and the valet key. It would make an excellent commuter vehicle or dependable all-weather car.

Features and recent maintenance include:

• it is not a turbo charged engine which is more reliable, it runs excellent

I want there to be no surprises. Here is the known issues.

-There is some normal wear on the driver’s seat from getting in and out over the years.

-The clear coat on the paint is peeling on the front hood area.

-It has an accident history was in an accident in 2018. it was hit on main street Heber turning left. The fender, Bumper, aluminum wheel and wheel bearing were replaced with new OEM Subaru parts. See the Pictures I included so you know everything about this car. All Repairs were completed.

• In 2020 it was backed into in a parking lot. there right rear fender, gas tank cover were repaired. Repairs Completed.

• If you know Subarus, you know how well they perform in the snow. This car is incredibly stable and confident in winter driving conditions and has been excellent driving from Heber to Park City and sometimes up through Parley’s Canyon. My wife loves this car.

This is a solid, dependable vehicle that is ready to drive today.
