The car is mechanically in great condition. Price is discounted because of the mismatched door. It cost me less than $300 to get that door so if you can find a matching one it's a fairly simple swap.

The car has been in a minor accident (classified as minor by Carfax). It caused some cosmetic damage to the passenger side rear door. The white door is not from an accident. I backed up with the door open and hit the garage door frame. It damaged the hinge and back edge of the door and the cheapest way I could fix it was to swap the whole door.
